I think if the ToDo and Notes components are integrated into Project structure option this’ll be a great Project app.
Been looking for one since came from IPhone.

    1. So subTasks, Subnotes, and a category/Project which allows inclusion of both Tasks and Notes (and checlist) would be great!
    2. Gonna use this for my home redesign project on the go. So really hope PhotoNotes are enabled soon too.
3.Most my tasks involve 2-3 clients so need multiple listings of them in the task….instead of having to choose a phone or email etc..maybe if the whole address book listing of the client would pop up we could just choose the form of communication from that.
    This is great app..left review.

The note taking feature will be greatly improved if you can put the application in the ‘share list’. This feature is present in Orange diary pro. This will greatly improve note taking ability.
This feature is available with ‘Note Everything’ and ‘Orange Diary’. This allows text to be quickly added to these applications with time stamps from anywhere.
I hope I was able to explain the feature.

Thanks for your suggestion Satyabbrata. We are working on the share list feature and it will be there in the next release which will be out in a week or so.

I like your app a great deal. What it needs most is a way to back up information to the cloud or/and to the PC. Also, a way to import and export information with other programs (text delieniated at the least) would also be nice features.

Agree with both Tim and Ken. This is one of the slickest apps I have seen. It would make an awesome project management app with the features suggested by both.

One additional field I would suggest is a financial field…to note cost.

Ability to export .csv would be huge!

It would be great if pressing anywhere on the widget opened the app as I am finding it very difficult to open on the little logo or house button. Very hit and miss for me unless I’m doing something wrong. Other than that love the app.

    Thanks

Hi, it would be great the possibility of repeat tasks daily selecting the days, ex: monday and thursday…
another interesting feature could be the possibility of create nested checklists.

    Best regards.

Alarm tone and Continuous Alarm should be priority dependent, by this way a task with low priority only could have one tone and one task with and hight priority could have infinite tones

Is there a way to keep calandar events showing for longer than three months? I like to keep my schedule for the entire year so that I can reference eariler dates but this does not seem to be able to do that.

    Thanks!

Todo+Note is a tool very useful to manage amount of task require for different aspect, so if the repeat function of the task can have more option like set the repeat week it would be great

Please please include ability to sync with Google, calendar AND tasks. This is very needed as if the phone is lost, broken, or crashes at least I have it backed up on Google. I have so much information on Google calendar that its crazy for me to sit and transfer over but yet I would really like to use this app since I’ve paid for it and it’s user friendly.

    Please rush the Google addition

    Anxiously awaiting ……

    Hiya,

Great looking app! Found it searching (for something else) on the market.Fwiw, years ago I used Datebk5 on the Palm and later switched to Pocket Informant for Windows mobile. On the WM platform, it was the absolute best in the world for what it did – integrating all of the Outlook databases in a beautiful looking and perfectly functioning, configurable app that active-synced very well with Outlook on an XP desktop. I’m sure it took the dev, years to bring it to where it was before he abandoned it, for todays more popular and actively used mobile OS’s. PI today, on the Android is a shell of what it was for WM. I wouldn’t touch it today for the Android.

Your app looks GREAT! practical & very functional. I’d be happy to support a paid for version. Silly as most paid apps today are dirt cheap! (I guess because of competition, and the plethora of free versions).

I just wanted to comment – (and my apologies for rambling on… & the long story) – that without a way to sync your app using it is a waste of my time. I need redundancy & backup (and not to the same device). As interesting & functional as it appears to be, without a way to sync it (locally to Outlook is my own preference; but I know that’s NOT realistic – So; Reasonably speaking… if I can’t sync it to the cloud (Google), I’d just as soon not use it – until you guys finish the job of making that possible.

Thanks for the promise of a great app!!! Maybe another day. Best to you guys!

PS – I usually DON’T bother writing-up comments or ‘requests’ like this… but what you have really does look nice, comparatively speaking.

I am just using this App for the first time & absolutely LOVE it! It is ideal for me b/c I am constantly bringing my work tasks & projects home. I am just so excited to have one app to hold everything I need…separate notes, tasks & a calender! (Almost as good as my purse!) I would definately like the option to be able to sync with Google! (Calendar especially). I would also like the option to be able to save screenshots as notes! For example, if I’m doing research on the web, by pressing menu (or opening up my browser through the app), i could have the option to save the page; or even by hitting “share”, and being able to share to “Todo & Notes” and it would save it as a Note/OR~ if I’m viewing an email, being able to save/share the text from the email, into a “New Task”. Well those are the things I would like to be able to have the option to do! (*I am willing to pay for an app that can do all that!, and I’m sure others would too!) Thank you for your time regarding my idea! Would definately like some feedback!! ~ST

Installed this app a few weeks ago and must say it is the best I’ve tried so far. You really did a nice job pulling together a to-do-list and notes app with calendar all in one place. One request though. It would be nice if you had a desk top/laptop version that could be sync’d together. Sometimes you’re on the laptop and think of something you want to do and need to write down. If I had a verson for the laptop I could do that then sync it with my phone.

this is an AWESOME app! i would love to see advancements with syncing to either google or a cloud based format. 80% of my time is in front of a PC at work and would love to enter via PC to either upload or download to web-base. when should we expect?

You should test the Appigo app for iPhones.
    A couple of major features:
    1. a task type of PROJECT: Each task can have its own due date
    2. repetition: should have a greater number of periodicities, like every other week, every X days, etc.
    3. Additionally, repeats could be from original due date, or from latest completion date.

It is disheartening to use this app right now as it just isn’t updated. Been almost a year.

Great app! Love the interface. And I especially love the Notes. Here’s my feature wishlist: #1) Some kind of sync feature, preferably to dropbox, but I’ll settle for GDocs if that’s all I can get. Until then, my work-around is to upload my backups to dropbox, then download them to my other devices and sync that way. Tedious, but do-able for now. #2) I would love it if you could set a default font and a default text size in setting. I like the small text size and hate having to change the text size on every note I create. #3) Being able to create and audio note would be awesome. Then I could verbally record things that I don’t have time to type and transcribe them later.

Good for your application. I liket it. But ….
A few mistakes in it, and should be further developed. I paid for it.
